Equipped with Bluetooth communication enabled by the Greenlee Gator Eye app, the Greenlee battery-powered crimping tool features an LED display screen that shows pressure, battery levels, and tool diagnostics in real-time. The Intelligent Crimping System Technology includes a pressure sensor that monitors the crimping force of each crimp, alerting the operator with a visual and audible alert if the force is below specifications.

The tool is powered by a state-of-the-art 18V lithium-ion battery that provides 70 percent more cycles per charge and faster cycle times. The LED light on the tool indicates battery charge and maintenance status. The in-line tool style is lightweight and easy to control, with one trigger controlling all tool functions. The crimping head can be rotated 350 degrees, and the tools automatically retract once the crimping cycle is complete.

The tool also features overmolded tacky grip areas for easier, more comfortable handling and an LED work light to illuminate dark work areas. Greenlee battery-powered crimping tools now use biodegradable oil, with smart chargers that control charging current, voltage, and battery temperature to maximize battery life. The tool can be used with Greenlee KC4, KA4, and KD4 crimping dies (sold separately).
