The Greenlee Gator Eye app enables Bluetooth communication, providing real-time tool feedback on pressure, battery levels, and diagnostics via an LED display screen. Intelligent Crimping System Technology includes a pressure sensor that alerts the operator with visual and audible signals if the crimping force is below specifications. The state-of-the-art 18V lithium-ion battery offers 70 percent more cycles per charge and faster cycle times.

The Automatic Retraction Stop (ARS) feature saves time and energy by retracting the ram just enough to prepare for the next cycle. With a two-stage hydraulic system, the tool provides fast advance and power speeds, improving efficiency. The forward handle position enhances tool balance, while one trigger controls all functions. The crimping head rotates 350 degrees for increased adjustability.

The tool automatically retracts after completing the crimping cycle, and the overmolded tacky grip areas ensure a comfortable and secure hold. An LED work light illuminates dark work areas for better visibility. Greenlee battery-powered crimping tools now use bio-degradable oil, and smart chargers maximize battery life by controlling charging current, voltage, and temperature.

The kit includes a 120V battery charger and a case. The crimping head is compatible with Greenlee KC12, KA12, and KD12 crimping dies, as well as all industry-standard "U" style crimping dies (not included).
