Greenlee K05-SYNCRO Crimp Tool

The new synchronized die design (SYNCRO) from SYNCRO eliminates crimping errors caused by mismatched dies. Laser-cut dies are more dimensionally accurate than stamped dies, ensuring precision in every crimp. The patented gear minimizes the potential for tooth breakage, enhancing the durability of the tool. The modified handle design features new slip guards for easy handling and control.

With a simple design and fewer screws, this tool offers improved reliability and efficiency. It reduces setup time by 50% when changing dies and allows for easy rotation with just one hand. The color-coded hexagonal rotating dies are laser-cut to prevent inaccurate crimps. Despite its small and lightweight build, this tool is easy to handle and maneuver.

This SYNCRO die is specially designed for smaller copper connectors, offering a crimping capacity of 8 AWG to 1/0 AWG Copper. It has an overall length of 15-3/4 inches (400.05mm) and is C/US UL Listed for quality assurance. It is UL and cUL classified with various renowned copper connector brands such as Anderson, Blackburn, Burndy, ILSCO, Panduit, Thomas & Betts, and Penn-Union.

This K Series die weighs 2.750 LB (1.247 KG) and has a crimp head width of 3-1/8 inches (79.375mm). The width of the head when open is 3-5/8 inches (92.075MM). The SYNCRO die design ensures synchronized die rotation for effortless die changing, making it easier to access tight locations and increasing overall productivity.
