Greenlee 645-2 Carbide Hole Saw for Stainless Steel

Greenlee's stainless steel hole cutters are specifically designed for cutting stainless steel, as well as other materials such as mild steel, copper, aluminum, and brass. These hole cutters are equipped with carbide-tipped teeth for superior cutting performance. The saw diameter is 2 inches, with a maximum cutting depth of 3/16 inches.

The unique quick change arbor feature allows for easy and fast changing of cutter heads by simply pushing and turning. This means you can use the same arbor for different size cutting heads, ranging from 5/8 inches to 3 inches. A flange stop is included to prevent over-drilling, while an ejector spring on sizes above 3/4 inch facilitates easier slug removal.

The package includes a replacement arbor (No. Mfr. No. 645-011) and replacement pilot drill (No. Mfr. No. 645-001), both of which are essential for maintaining the efficiency of the hole cutter. The pilot drill is made of cobalt-steel and features a split-point tip to prevent walking during the drilling process.
